The new CoE, developed as a joint venture with another company, will focus on the IT market and on proprietary AI solutions designed by RDT to deliver measurable results for clients.
RDT announces the appointment of Roberto Trueba García to lead its new Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE). The initiative will be developed through a joint venture with another company and has a clear objective: to create AI solutions for the IT market within a structure designed specifically for this technology from the ground up.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Roberto has held executive positions in large-scale technology organizations, focusing on transformation, organizational development, and people management. His ability to connect teams, technology, and business will be instrumental in building and scaling this new capability.
Before joining RDT, he spent a significant part of his career at Inetum, where he held several leadership roles, including Northern Region People Director and Head of HR Business Partners Spain.
The CoE will operate with teams, processes, and working methods specifically designed to develop and apply AI. Its mission will be to identify concrete client needs, create proprietary solutions, and transform them into products and services with measurable business impact. RDT will actively promote the protection of developments with patent potential.
The initiative will focus on opportunities within the IT market and will rely on a structure capable of combining technological development, business expertise, and commercial execution. Roberto will lead the creation of this structure, the development of the team, and the deployment of solutions for clients.
We want to build an AI-native company capable of developing proprietary technology and bringing it to market quickly. Roberto brings the leadership and transformation expertise needed to create a results-driven team connected to our clients’ real-world challenges,
Fernando Herrera, RDT's AI Innovation & Ecosystem Development VP, will also play a key role in the initiative’s development.
It is a privilege to be preparing the launch of our new AI CoE. We are building a proposition capable of delivering significant added value to our clients. We will soon share our first developments and the capabilities we will make available to them.
The opportunity lies in building, from the outset, a structure designed around AI and client needs. We aim to develop proprietary solutions, apply them to specific challenges, and demonstrate the value they generate. I am excited to lead this project alongside RDT and our joint venture partner.
With this appointment, RDT expands its technological capabilities through a specialized AI initiative focused on the IT market, intellectual property development, and the creation of value for clients.
Our purpose is to help engineers enjoy engineering.
