STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT TO INFORMATION SECURITY

RDT Engineers Capital S.L. (hereinafter referred to as RDT) acknowledges that information is one of the most valuable assets for the development of our activities and the trust of our clients, employees, partners, and stakeholders. Therefore, the General Management expresses its firm commitment to information protection, ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, availability, auditability, and traceability.

With the aim of ensuring proper handling of information and the systems that process it, RDT commits to:

  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements applicable to information security and data protection, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), ISO/IEC 27001, as applicable.
  • Promote an organizational culture based on confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, and traceability of information.
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Encourage training and awareness of all personnel regarding information security.
  • Ensure that security incidents are managed effectively, including their notification to the competent authorities when necessary.
  • Monitor compliance with security commitments by third parties, suppliers, and strategic partners.

This statement reflects Management’s commitment to the continuous improvement of information security and serves as the basis for all policies, procedures, and controls that make up our ISMS.
