Founded in 2006 around engineering services, the company has progressively expanded its scope of activity to become a group with an international presence, specialised technological capabilities, and an increasingly significant role within the industrial value chain.

Its 20th anniversary comes at a particularly significant time. RDT now exceeds €150 million in revenue, employs more than 2,000 professionals, operates 14 Centres of Excellence, and has offices in 12 countries. The company has achieved an average annual business growth rate of 18%, and 90% of its customers recognise RDT as a trusted partner.

These figures explain part of the journey. But they also point to RDT’s next move: transforming the knowledge accumulated over two decades into new technological and industrial capabilities.

From Engineering to a Higher-Value Industrial Proposition

RDT’s evolution has mirrored the transformation of industry itself.
